A lot of people get to this step and then feel stuck, because they don't know how to make the changes they want. Whether you’re actively dating or in a self-growth phase in between relationships — that's where the strategy session comes in.

Together, we'll create a clear plan to help you shift toward secure attachment so you can enjoy the relationship you truly want—one that feels calm, connected, and built to last.

Strategy Session, you will:

This session will be individualized to YOU and your particular attachment style.

Before the Session:

Please review the 4 different attachment styles, and if you have questions about them, we can go over them when we meet.

You will be emailed an Attachment Style Quiz prior to the session so you can get a clear idea of what your attachment style is. (Spoiler: You’re actually a blend of styles, and knowing the percentages will help us determine our approach!)

Please take the quiz and bring your results to get the most value out of our time together.

During the session:

This is a chance to identify your relationship problems and goals and discover how attachment style can help you achieve the relationship success you desire.

We will be focusing on strategies that support your individual attachment style and that I can help you with through 1-on-1 attachment sessions.

If it seems like the right fit for us to continue further, I will share a little at the end about the 1-on-1 sessions.

After the session:

Whether or not we choose to do the 1:1 sessions, you will have some new ideas about how to work on your attachment style for stronger, healthier relationships.

    In general, sessions for all attachment styles are $170 for a single session, and packages reduce the price of per-session costs.

  • I’ve found that people get more value and a better sense of what to expect from the full strategy session, so right now I’m just offering that. I may offer a free consult again in the future.

  • I first learned about attachment style in 2014 and have been helping people with attachment since 2017. Through 1:1 sessions, self-paced courses, group workshops, guided meditations, a blog, and educational content on socials, I’ve helped thousands of people understand their attachment style and make changes for more relational well-being.

  • I work with singles and individuals (not couples) in relationships. I especially love working with people who are in between relationships and in a “self-growth” phase.
