Final Thoughts

Now that you’re done with this course…

First of all, congratulations! Congratulations for taking this action for you and your relationships — with other people and with yourself.

Change doesn’t end here.

Changing our habits, behaviors, and beliefs is most effective with repetition. They say that “neurons that fire together wire together”, and like a path in the forest, what you do repeatedly turns into a habit. In the words of Lao Tzu:

“Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”

You will have the most success re-wiring for secure attachment if you continue to practice these techniques and listen to the included audios.

I recommend listening to each of the 3 full-length meditations every day for a week, then continuing to listen to them as needed.
